Who We Are

Motives International is a global family business.

As one of the leading apparel manufacturers in the world with a global footprint and joint ventures on four continents, we operate with the humanity and accountability of a multi-generational family endeavour.

We founded the company over 20 years ago with a team of 6 people in Vietnam. We are proud to have become one of the largest apparel exporters out of the country producing for leading brands worldwide. We now have a team of 300+ employees in Vietnam to oversee sourcing, production, and quality control.

As we have expanded our sales capabilities across the globe, we continue to enhance our roots within Vietnam. Since 2014, we have built 18 homes for families across the country. We have also provided 77 academic scholarships to aspiring students in need of financial aid. These are only a selection of the initiatives that we have implemented to support local communities.

Motives Pet

This division of the Motives International brand is focused on delivering thoughtfully designed pet products that combine functionality, quality, and craftsmanship. As an OEM and private label manufacturing partner, we collaborate with global brands to develop and produce pet products across multiple categories. We bring trusted sourcing and product development expertise to the pet category, offering solutions that support everyday pet care and enhance the pet-owner experience.

Our assortment spans a range of key pet categories, including functional, weather-protective and fashion-forward apparel and accessories, health and wellness, walking gear, toys, and pet home goods. Products are developed using responsibly sourced and sustainable materials wherever possible, with an emphasis on durability, safety, and long-term use.

Motives Pet is committed to building a versatile, category-spanning portfolio, that meets the needs of modern pet parents across both seasonal and year-round use occasions.
